Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping Only:

  • The BitzZz Vault currently ships exclusively to Singapore customers. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times vary depending on your delivery location.

Shipping Methods & Rates:

  • We offer $5 flat-rate shipping on all domestic orders.

  • Free shipping is available on all orders of $200 or greater within the country.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your package.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention:

  • At The BitzZZ Vault, we take chargebacks and fraudulent activity very seriously. To protect both our customers and our business, we have implemented advanced fraud prevention measures to verify all transactions.

  • Any suspicious activity, including unauthorized transactions or chargeback requests, will be thoroughly investigated. We maintain detailed records of all orders, including shipping and communication logs, and will provide this information to relevant authorities as needed.

  • We reserve the right to challenge chargebacks with full supporting documentation, including proof of delivery and customer communications.

Address Accuracy:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not liable for lost or misdirected packages due to errors in the shipping address provided.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the package is received. The BitzZz Vault is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
